New Employee Introduction: Meet Leroy

We are happy to welcome Leroy Mattheis to our team. Since May 2024 he is supporting us in the production department full time.
What inspires Leroy the most in his work is the development of our own innovative products that are indispensable for an advanced and sustainable future.
In his spare time, he enjoys aquaristics as well as computer technology.
When asked what values or principles are particularly important to Leroy in an employer and how these are reflected at HAIP Solutions GmbH so far, he answered the following: “I appreciate the opportunity to work in such a young and dynamic team. At HAIP Solutions I can work independently and with a lot of flexibility while given the chance to continously develop myself and my skills.“
