Meet Michelle - Our PR & Marketing Intern
Welcome Michelle Rutschke, our Intern in PR & Marketing. Michelle is currently pursuing her studies in Public Relations at Hochschule Hannover and fulfilling a mandatory internship at HAIP Solutions GmbH. She has been a part of our team since February 2024, supporting everything related to our communication and external representation.
The most inspiring thing about her work here is the opportunity to contribute to the dissemination of hyperspectral imaging as a pioneering technology and to shed light on its many possible applications, especially in the fields of recycling and environmental monitoring.
Reading and meeting up with friends is what Michelle enjoys doing outside of work the most. She has also been a passionate skier since the young age of three and a swimmer, spending a few years as a lifeguard at the DLRG.
When asked what values or principles are particularly important to Michelle in an employer and how these are reflected at HAIP Solutions GmbH so far, she answered the following: „I cherish effective communication and a nurturing working environment in an employer. At HAIP Solutions, I have encountered both, along with a culture of open collaboration among my colleagues.“
