Meet Jan - Our new electrical Engineer

We are happy to welcome Jan Pöthig to our team. Since January 2024 Jan is supporting us as an Electrical Engineer full time.
The most inspiring part of his work is being at the center of the development of hyperspectral cameras. Experiencing the wide range of applications and solutions they offer for a variety of uses is what fascinates Jan the most.
In his free time, Jan enjoys working on his personal projects. Not only does he work on various additive and substractive manufacturing machines, but he also does some embedded programming. When he is stuck with a problem and needs to clear his head, biking is the best solution for him, especially in the summer.
When asked what values or principles are particularly important to Jan in an employer and how these are reflected at HAIP Solutions GmbH so far, he states the following:
“I greatly value dialogue and the discussion of ideas. Talking about different approaches and points of view helps to find the most satisfactory solution to any problem. Working at HAIP Solutions, dialogue is always possible, and discussion is encouraged.”
